Hey guys,

That IRLB3034PbF not avaliable for me atm.

But I found something in local looks similar.

So is this mosfet good for paralel 25r or vtc4 mod ?

This value is higher than what would be suitable. VGS TH is when the mosfet will begin to turn on. It needs to be lower than the minimum charge of your batteries, so less than 3v (2.5v or less would be good). If you use batteries in series, they'll be higher than 4v through out their whole voltage range so this mosfet would be suitable for that.

If going with a parallel battery configuration, I would use this mosfet:
