Try swapping sides when one light is greend one red, see what happens. Also though on stacked batteries one will in fact drain before the other. When you notice a drop off, rather than throwing the batts on the charger, take them out and put the one that was on the bottom on the top. It should give you more vaping time and also cure the charging dilemma.

Thanks Tat! I will give that a try when I need to recharge again. I can't believe how long these last. [average 22 hours of fairly constant vaping]

I have one other theory, and I'd like some input [PLEASE] about this issue.

The TR-003p4 is a quad-bay charger [with hilarious instructions like: WARNING: do NOT keep away from children!] and according to some battery forums and other places, it is a slower charger than the average. It stops dead at 4.19v-4.21v and cuts off charging. It is safer for this reason, and easier on the batteries which gives longer life and better performance. Each bay is independant, also. So, some are slower than others, and of course each battery is different so maybe it just doesn't register the 2nd as fast as the first? If you leave them both on the charger, they both go 'red' [charging..] after a few minutes.

So it could just take longer?

That could very well be the case there DVJ!! Most chargers cut off at the 4.19/4.21 point, well at least they are supposed to:confused: But even on my Pila, I have the occasional instance where one batt will register charged and the other not:confused: I swap them places in the charger, or if worse comes to worse, charge them individually:thumbs:
