Is this normal?

I took the cart off my ecig because my mouth was getting a little numb from it, this is my second cart ever. When I pulled off the cart I saw the cylinder thing in the inside attached to the atomizer. Is that alright?

Are you talking about the filler? If so, I've had mine get stuck a few times when it sat too high in the cartridge.

If your mouth is getting numb, you are probably getting juice on the outside of your mouthpiece. there are a few possibilities as to where it is coming from and I don't know anything about your particular e-cig, but when I get juice in my mouth, I get a tingly, numb feeling from it where ever it touches.

Are you referring to the silver bridge thingie permanently attached to the atomizer or the clear plastic tube containor that actually sits inside the orange cartridge?

I've had the foam stick to the bridge a few times. Usually cleaning it and reinserting it did the trick.

Is it melted? If not just carefully pull it off. Take some tweezers and pull all of the foil off the top to keep it from 'sticking' on to the bridge of the atty. Then, if you have juice, you can re-fill the 'cylinder' and push it back into the cartridge and vape away. Hope this helps.
