Is this possible?

Ok so I'm not a total newb when it comes to modding. I've made various passthroughs, box mods, and a vv mod.

But my question is this. Is it possible to make an e cig that runs at a fixed 5 volts but has the appearance of an actual cigarette? Like for instance take the blu cig... it sucks for many reasons but I couldn't use one because of the weak hit. Would it be possible to rip apart one of those mega xl 510 batteries and somehow stack two smaller batteries or something? I know it would have horrible battery life but I still think it would be awesome.

Are you talking in terms of making one yourself or just general feasibility?

You could use two small series cells with a regulator and make it the same form as a cigarette, but then you're still plagued by the main issue with any ciggy sized e-cig, battery life. It would be even worse with higher voltage since you'd need room for a regulator making the cells smaller. The higher power draw with poor efficiency would drain them even faster. You'd also need a specialized charger. Just wouldn't be worthwhile either as a retail product or as something to attempt as a project.

A better thing to try would be to make a small VV box mod with a couple 14250s and a small switching regulator like the OKR-T.
