Tried finding an answer for this and couldn't find one that fit so I decided to post it. Let me state that I currently do not have vape tongue, nor am I looking for a solution for it. When I started switching, I could strongly taste the menthol and coffee flavored liquids from the crap section of the local smoke store. I say crap because honestly, it got me into the habit of vaping but the product was definitely subpar than liquid that I got from the B&M about an hour away. The first week I tasted the flavors clearly. The second week the flavors did not exist for an hour and then it came back. It appears that I lose the flavor for an hour or so and then it appears. I do not have any periods that last 3 hours or more with this loss. I have since swapped to the iClear 16 and KangerTech T3S. I have yet to have this happen again. Did I experience Vaper's Tongue? If so will it get worse or is this the worst of it?

It could very well just be that you get dehydrated at certain points during the day. That would affect your ability to taste (and the PG in the juice will desiccate you).

Try keeping well hydrated at all times (or at least gulp down a pint of water when you experience the taste drop).

Vapors Tongue is a loose definition, often tied to dehydration anyway.
