I know sometimes flavors have a little "tint" to them, but the toffee I got was a really cloudy yellow color. It smelled ok, but when I tried mixing it with alcohol it started changing again to the point where red dots seperated on the bottom..8-o

Is something wrong with it? What color should it be?

Yes the natural toffee has a yellowish tint to it. It is the natural color from the extract, no caramel colors or anything added. There should not be any separation like you describe. The flavor has a base of alcohol and water as it is. I will try mixing with some ethanol and see if I can duplicate the problem.

I used this flavor for several days and didn't notice anything, but I mixed it straight into PG36 first.

Let me know if it has problems when mixed into your liquid and if so I'll send you a replacement of your choice.

I did some test batches to be sure there were no separation issues. I mixed a 10% and 20% batch with PG USP and allowed it to sit undisturbed for 24 hours. Here are the results with a control sample of commercial e-liquid for comparison...
