I have flown with various vape gear many times, and never had a problem.
TSA is very familiar with electronic cigarettes of all kinds, and many of them are vapers themselves.

But I would suggest keeping your vaping gear out in the open to avoid any delays.
I always put my vaping devices in the bin with my shoes.

The only time I got delayed was the time I forgot to take my Chuck out of my backpack.
They stopped my bag and opened it to see what it was.

I recently traveled through Portland and Denver airports without issue. My gear included several twists, a vamo, sigelei #19, batteries, cartos, tanks, evods (one filled), and a ton of juice. I did place my gear in a bin with my travel kit opened and uncovered, and my juice was in labeled bottles in a quart sized bag. Easy breezy!

Ive flown many times with my egoc twists and my nova tanks and bottles of juice. I just put them in the carry on and pull them out into the bin for inspection. never had any issues. dunno bout my vamo and protank but i figure it will be ok with them also.

I usually say to each his/her own but the many posts ive read about people "stealth" vaping on planes is worrysome to say the least for the future of vaping in my opinion. The first time someone gets caught, all hell will break loose in the media im sure!! They are ignorant to things they dont understand and we have all seen evidence of this in the majority of articles we read!! Is it really so hard to do a 5hr flight without it?!?!

Usually a green light, but it is best to check with the policy of the airline just in case... in the past I've wrapped a zmax with a copy of the airlines' regulations, along with a CASAA card and the pamphlet that came with the device. That either came from me being cautious or somewhat sarcastic... a little of both, more than likely...

I've never had any problems. Once I had a Bartleby (small box mod), a GLV, two 510s and an eGo, not to mention all the bits that go with them. I also had several bottles of juice (I was prepared for the usual expected layover). No one even questioned me. The guy in front of me got all of his stuff searched because of a "suspicious" looking dog brush.

One thing I might recommend (I do this) is to include a small printed piece of paper with your gear that briefly explains what it all is. Put your name on it and an invitation to ask questions if they feel the need. No one ever has.

Edit: Make sure to CARRY all batteries with you, loose ones should have a piece of tape on both ends, and things like eGos that can be turned off should be off. They don't want you to put lithium batteries in your checked baggage, so don't.

Last time I flew was from Philly to Ottawa, Provari in my carry on + 1or 2 ego batts and 30 ml of juice... No problem what so ever, Even crossing the border wasn't an issue. I woulnt recommend vaping in the planes lavatories though but it might be fine I dont know how sensitive that smoke detector is.
