The Holy Grail of E-smoking is quitting..everything in cluding E-cigs at some point! At least for me..so how does Steve plan to stay in business?
He has a devious plan of course!8-o

He has us hooked for now and we hook our friends and family who spread the word! A Pyamid Plan royale! It took me a while to figure it out! I ordered some juice a few times..then he sent me a box of pear cartos and a passthru. Slam dunk, I was hooked!

Then I hooked my family, a friend and a total stranger! Now I am trying to persuade my future SIL (I hope). My daughter..a non-smoker is telling her smoking friends about me and my smoking gadget. My son trying to get his friends to order....it's an evil plot!
ADMIT it Steve!

Well MK, I think they'll stay in business because I plan to never give up vaping (and I'm sure I'm not alone.) Even if I completely stop using nicotine, I think I'll still vape 0mg. And honestly, I don't plan on giving up nicotine anytime soon.
As a matter of fact, I still use analogs. Only about 1/3 or less of what I used to, but I still do. I'm doing this gradually and having A LOT of fun doing it.

I am preaching this to everyone I meet! I got busted last night at "Curious George live" by a security guard, he was blown away, I told him about it, even wrote the URL down for him.
I hope to buy a kit and send it anonymously to my BIL for Christmas.
I am a Reverend and V4L is the good word I choose to spread!:D

If it was a pyramid, wouldn't we be getting more direct kickbacks?

Seriously, though, you bring up a good point. I've been warring with myself over what exactly this is for me. Is it about cessation or is it a replacement functional analog that I plan to continue indefinitely?

I'm back and forth on that. There are a lot of questions I have that appear, at least today, to be unanswerable (from a biochemical perspective at least). The one thing I do know for certain is that I was able to instantaneously dump a 13 year smoking addiction. To be immediately replaced by another addiction. It's like ...... to methadone... ;)

You guys did get that I was kidding right?:p
Cat,.0 nic is a plan! It would be sweet to be able to kick back some nights and vape til my heart is content and just do it for fun! Kind of like a virgin pina colada!

Rev. Saw..Say it brother!

Z..It is better then great!

Sheryl! Good onya!

Now for my very learned friend..Lynn, (My grandma was a Lynn maiden name..nice Irish lineage!)
I am going to put this in layman's terms..mostly because I can't spell the big words..

Yes, we traded one addiction for another, but I am not jonesing for a vape, like I was for a smoke. I think there is much less addiction going on here. I can go for hours without a vape and even then my heart isn't pounding and I am not looking for a place to go to have a smoke.

I was at the mall on Wed. with my daughter, I shopped for hours and we had lunch (food is one of my triggers), Then shopped some more. It wasn't until we were back in the car that I needed..or rather wanted a vape. (cars are another trigger). she was totally amazed! 7 hours and no craving!

I do feel like I can quit vaping with less stress then I would have had by quitting analogs cold turkey..I am a witch and a half when I tried that in the past! 8-o

If you choose to quit vaping like I hope to do..I think you will find it's become hand to mouth more then chemical need.
It was always my plan to quit after 6 months, I hit 8 months of no analogs in 4 days and I am not quite there yet.

But there is hope..I know 3 people on this board who have quit everything and lived to tell the tale!

Don't overthink this and treat it as the gift it is. Vape until you realize you forgot to vape..just like you did cigarettes.:)

I did understand that your post was tongue-in-cheek! It just raised a point I've been self-debating.

My middle name's "Lynn" by-the-by. :)

This forum has become a vape-trigger for me. I still have my triggers upon first waking up, and after eating.

But my big trigger is the phone. And I vape far more now on the phone than I ever did when smoking. But that was always the biggest. I talk and pace and smoke (or now - vape). And that is absolutely an oral fixation, no question!

 I did get that you were kiddin MK, but you made a valid point. I'm sure some people (yourself included) do want to eventually quit vaping all together. When people stop, companies lose customers. I just can't see myself doing it, so fear not...someone will be getting my money.

The computer is my worst trigger..it has become my "entertainment" after looking after my mom and before that hubby, for so long.

This forum is my self help group. When I am here it's like being at an AA meeting I imagine..good folks keeping you strong!

I don't talk on the phone much anymore..but when I do..I need my vape.

I am cool in the morning..ahhh afternoon..lol! But after I eat..it's vape or eat some more!

It seems we all have the same triggers!:p

I was just teasing you again BTW when I asked about the post being a joke. Who would put that many smilies in a post if they weren't kidding? Don't everyone say "You would" at once!

I know..I am addicted to smilies too! :D I am just a bundle of addictions..a shrinks dream. But at least none of them are illegal..now!
I can't drink much anymore, just a couple of times a year since going on insulin. But I do like to have a few when I go to a dance (when I have somebody to drive me) But this year at my group's dance..I drank and didn't want a smoke! I vaped a couple of times but the drink and a cig trigger was'nt there! I was worried about that.

If that EVER happens for me, I will be amazed! I'm having some wine and working on my blingy faux leaford lanyard and I just put out an analog. That makes 6 for the day...still not bad compared to 30...but I'm working on it...:p

Well...I think for my first one, it's coming out pretty well. If I could figure out how to post pics, I would show you... I guess you'll just have to take my word for it. I know that my phone will upload automatically to my facebook page, but I don't know how to get it from my facebook page to here.

BTW, I read the Leaford potty post. I laughed SO HARD that I woke up everyone in thie house.
