I got my Vamo from Vaporbreak (before fasttech started carrying them). Shipping is a bit slow, but they are legitimate.
Waiting for my order from Vapor Break. 10 days and waiting, it's already on US soil. They are legit, min 2 week wait time. Prices are great but the product is yet to be determined.
I got two vamo's three evod heads an a kts from them one vamo has a messed up 510 connection an all the evods leak one stop working after three days of use I would never buy or recommend them to anyone.

Legit, but SLOWWWWW. IMHO, FT is a better choice (faster, cheaper, better warranty and CS).
As far as i know it's a very small operation out of China, one guy and a couple girls that help him, definitely not anything like FastTech. That being said, he/they appear to be legit.

Everything but the 18650 batteries, pink are lower ahms and run out quickly.
Shipping took as long as would be expected since it goes to Hong Kong first. Marked "gift" and worth $9.
Pleased with the VAMO, it was $24 and the same as I bought here at a vape shop for $70, only it's actually better, the little window isn't falling out.
Could track package OK, not much info, but it does tell you when it's arrived in your city and delivered.

The short answers to your questions. 1) I ordered several times and used paypal, never a problem. 2) They are legit, prices are low. Make sure to 'register' so you can see the best prices.
