Is vg necessary?

Some commercial e-liquids are 100% PG (v2cigs, dekang). These have very low vapor production and amplify the effects of small changes in flavoring, whereas higher VG liquids are more tolerant of the same percentage variations. As per DIY, I would consider working with high PG percentages to be more difficult in getting flavoring percentages just right.
