Quick note here, Isaac at Ikenvape is the best of the best.
A month ago or so I ordered some RY4, by mistake I ordered VG, I only vape PG.
Isaac then gave me a coupon for a free bottle of RY4 PG.
I ordered more RY4 and 555 from Ikenvape, used the coupon.
One little thing, he knows I always order 18 mg, the only RY4 that was available was the 10 mg.
No big deal, I can handle that.
Today the package came, I opened it up and there are 3 bottles!
one 20 ml RY4, 10 mg
one 20 ml 555, 18 mg
and one 30 ml RY4, 18 mg
Wait.....I only ordered 2 20 ml bottles.
There was a personal note from Isaac, he was sorry there was no more 18 mg in stock, more to come at the end of then month.
So he gave me the 30 ml RY4 from his personal stash.
He know the personal preferences of his customers, not only down to the nicotine % mg they order, but also if they like PG or VG.
That's what I call outstanding customer service + some.
