Issue with Website?

Hi. My friend was trying to place an order on your site last night and the site would not let him check out. I tried to order for him just now and it will not let me check out. It goes all the way to checkout now and sits there. Will not advance to the next screen.

He also tried to call an order in today and there was no answer.
Please advise so that he can get his order placed.
