So I have been building my own coils on a Magma for about a year now. I am using either 26 or 28g kanthal wire and I have it figured out to get to right about .5 ohms. However a few weeks ago I bought a Compvape El Cabron form a local shop in PA. I have tried building several coils on it and every time, save 1, I keep getting resistance readings near -2. I have no clue what's causing the extremely low resistance. I just took the coils out that I was using which had a resistance of .7 due to being in there awhile and not performing as well as I wanted. I cleaned everything up and made some new coils. Got a resistance of -2.0 on a fluke multimeter. I have messed with the coils and got it to a 0, but can't get it up any more than that. This is my first 3 post RDA and not sure if I am doing something wrong or what's going on. Any suggestions?
