Issues with iclear 30

I just received 2 Itaste svd great mod for the price, the issue is with the iclear 30 in two weeks twice the mod fell once from my table about 3 feet on tile floor and once from it's upright position on the table itself and the tread that attaches to the mod snapped right off the bottom piece, as any of this happened to anyone else?? Is there a website that just sells parts for this tank??? And I know that falling from the table to the floor is a bit much but when it broke off the second time from such a short hight I was really surprised.
So know I have 2 brand new iclear 30 that are useless because I can't find any parts for it.
Any suggestions are appreciated thank you.

That sucks.. Those are nice looking tanks. I was thinking of picking up a couple of them. I guess I'll stick with my novas. If it ain't broke don't fix it ya know.

Im not suprised they broke. Depending on how it landed on floor, it would be fairly easy to snap that mounting screw. All that weight and leverage applied to a metal piece that is what, 1/4 wide? Nothing but leverage being applied to that point when it hits....

Damnn that sucks good to know thier fragile, i love those tanks haven't dropped mines yet but i did drop my kanger pro tank from my bed onto tile floor and the kanger survived had soe flooding but quickly fixed that by disassembling and reassembling
