That doesn't make a lot of sense. If Mister E is claiming AEMSA certification, yet selling off their labels and flavorings to places and basically saying "Here, you just mix this in with whatever you have on hand ,any ole way you want, and slap our label on it"... that's not quite how this "standards" thing is supposed to work. It would also be a gross misrepresentation of what Mister E states on their site:
Frequently asked question about Vaping and Mister-E-Liquid
The "we" in that statement is not supposed to be subject to interpretation. Either they are in control of their manufacturing - or they're not. Or maybe they are. Some times - depending on where you buy it.
If I cared about it I would be e-mailing Mister E and asking what the deal is with what Wild Bill is selling.
I'm certainly going to email them because this is not a good representation of the company.
Wild Bills is one of the biggest Tobacco and Vape chain in the country. With both companies being Michigan based, I can understand why Mister E would use Wild Bills like this. They obviously have some kind of partnership because Wild Bills promotes their product more then anything.
You might have seen my post last week about B&M's not stocking most juices above 12mg. This was a reference to wild bills because with the exception of a few Chinese brands, Halo which they plan on liquidating and Mister E, everything in the store is meant for Sub-Ohmers.
For us regular vapers, Mister E is all they promote and they mix & sell it like it's their house brand. Notice they named the vape section of their store, Mr Vapor which is very similar to Mister Eliquid. Before that, their promoted brand was a nasty Chinese liquid called Lava which tasted like perfume. Before joining this board, I honestly thought Mister E was their product because that's how they have it set up.
Hopefully by contacting Mister E, they will at least swap out these bottles for me and add a bit of quality control to their Wild Bills products because even after sitting for a few weeks, there is no change in flavor.
Even when I was a smoker. I always hated doing business with Wild Bills because my RYO tobacco and tubes was too expensive and very stale. But its convenient because we have more Wild Bills in the area then we have 7-11 stores.
I need to have more discipline because I'm kind of tired of paying $4 for a BVC coil or $10 for a 30ft roll of Kanthal which doesn't come any higher then 28 gauge. It's just kind of hard when they are only a two block walk.
