Ok. First off, I'm still getting use to the forum. Please let me know if I should have asked these things seperate or in a different category :)

So I have recently upgraded to try out a few new tanks. Up until now I have just been using kangertech starter kit. I got a new ipow Vv battery, a new kanger protank3 and an aspire et-s Bdc.

So the protank 3 with 1.5 ohm dual coil, gives me less vapor, less flavour then my regular evod 1.8 ohm. With the same juice in them 50/50.
Isn't the dual coil suppose to give me more of everything? More flavour, more vapor? Isn't that the point of a dual coil?

The aspire bdc. Well my first time trying it I had a high vg juice in it, so that may be what was wrong with it. Cause I just wasn't getting any flavour. Like burnt metal.
So I tried putting a few drops in it, with a different juice, ( 50/50) and I didn't see anything come out the 2 holes. Also at one point the juice just didn't go down, like suck in it, drain down it ( whatever ya wanna call it lol)

So now it is kinda working, still no flavour, but I think that is the juice itself. But not a lot of vapour. Also, I'm having a hard time finding a good you tube video on how to clean, and dry burn an aspire bdc.
Is it a very similar process as the kanger evod coils? They look so different. When I first got the aspire, I was all confused. I was like it doesn't even come with a coil  HAHA

WELCOME

As to the dual coil manger PT3.... I was not a fan. I found that the PT2 and the single coil worked better than the dual coil. Some people have gotten better performance from the partially sealed dual coil replacements. I thought the vapor was too hot and too volatile for me to enjoy. Best of luck.

AS for aspire I haven't used them very much. Just thought i'd give you a heads up on the Kangers.

VAPE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dual coil kanger PT 3 is going to need more power to heat than the single coil evod head. So turn up some of the voltage on the ipow. Start low, and move it up a couple of clicks until you find a vape that is satisfying for that liquid and coil.

As for the Aspire, I would throw away the bdc coils and move on the bvc replacement heads that they now make for those tanks. (Don't buy the bvc nautilus coils, they are not the same and won't fit.) I had nothing but trouble with the bdc coils, but LOVE the bvc. No dry hits, lots of flavor but please know that they take a bit to wick up, so please make sure that you let it soak for a bit, and take some dry pulls without power to get the coil started. Also start that at low voltage and move up until you find the vape that you like. I have found that the bvc's do much better on higher voltage than the kanger coils.

So I can use the bvc's on an aspire et-s bdc tank? I'm still having issues with it. Trying to find some video to help, or other threads. I'm just not getting any flavour. I just got a new pack of 1.8 ohm bdc coils for it. Maybe the coil I had, just wasn't working. Or a dud.

Yes, you can use BVC coils on the Aspire tank. Just make sure that you use the BVC replacement coils and not the coils made for the Nautilus system (they don't fit). The new BVC replacement coiils work on any of the Aspire tanks that take BDC coils. I use them in an Aspire Vivi Nova BDC and two Anyvape Davides.

Neither of these comments surprise me.

I have solved both of these common issues by putting BVC coils in the 'old' BDC clearomisers. Job done.

Hmm. I will try those. I mentioned them at my local shop, but they were not sure about the et-s.

Now just wondering. I'm having an issue with " priming it" supposedly it's good to put a few drops down the coil and they should come out the 2 little holes. But when I do it, it drips down into where my battery would attatch? Like there isn't suppose to be liquid down there, right? Can anyone help with this? I have pictures to better explain it, if need be.
Maybe I should ask this elsewhere

Dj- Yes I've ended up back with my basic evod tanks. They work best for me. But I'm still just wanting and like to try out new ones too.

Sounds OK :)

I found evod atomizers lasted me such a short time. So much money spent on finding something better.

and now, I'm almost praying for the BVC coils to come to an end..... 2 weeks, 3 weeks, they just refuse to die! :)

BVC in an ET-S. Totally converted now...

I didn't care for the dual coil either. However, I will say that for whatever reason the 1.8 ohm coils performed better than the 1.5 ones. Not sure why.

The juice should not come out the holes when priming...just drip three drops and allow to soak in...attach to tank and fill. Give it 5 or 10 minutes to be sure it's fully saturated and vape on.

Also...another big +1 for the BVC coils for the Aspire products. There's no comparison between the BDC and BVC coils...like night and day.
