HI Guys -

I've been using my Vivi Nova minis for a couple of weeks now, no issues, been loving them. Today...I had the same thing happen twice with 2 different ones. Basically, I replace the head, fill the juice, and go to vape, and nothing. No sizzle, no vapor, nada. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Thanks!

I've been having similar issues. I think it's the base, not the head. Your head changing timing may be a coincidence, if my guess is right.

I'm finding the contacts down in the threads have been getting bent/pushed up into the tank - perhaps from me screwing them on my PV too tightly. Then they don't make good contact with the PV. Having a tough time getting them pushed back out again - too small of a space to get a needle nose in there.

I'll probably try pushing something down through the tube (where the head attaches). Otherwise I may put a touch of solder on the ends to get them to make better contact.

I just had a similar issue... with a vision V2/V3 clearomizer.

I was replacing the head and decided to run some hot water through the base to give it a clean and then after that put some bounty towel into it, both ends, to dry it (as well as some blow through).

Then I put the new head in and tested the resistance and.. nada. Comparing it to one off the shelf, the connection inside the head end had gotten pushed in (apparently when I put the bounty in there), and was pushed out a bit on the other side. Tried a number of things to try and pull the connector back out but, was not able to make any progress. So, I just tried pushing in the other end (the end near the battery) and now it looked OK compared to the one off the shelf and tested it in the voltmeter and, 1.8/1.9 ohms and, finished putting it together and, vapes fine.

So, ya run into these little maintenance items that you need to keep on top of. The whole technology here is only a couple of months old (not sure how long the vivi nova has been out) so this is to be expected.
