So I rolled the dice on an iStick 100w a month ago as a replacement for my daily beater iPV mini. While 30 days is not an extensive time period for a long-term evaluation it does get me beyond initial impressions:
Size: Yeah, it's large. Towers over the 50w, Cool Fire IV, and eVic VT. I have large hands, so it's not uncomfortable for me to use and control. Those with shorter digits may find it a bit unwieldy.
Buttons: Yep, they rattle. Deal with it. All are "clicky" and produce positive actuation.
Battery Door: Excellent fit, stays put, no rattles. Were it not for the fingernail slot, it might be virtually impossible to separate from the body. batteries are a tight fit in the battery well with no rattles.
USB Charging: Haven't used it nor will I. Can't comment.
Auto Fire: No occurrences. Actually, no strange or unexpected behavior at all.
510: No connection problems at all with a Lemo, Subtank mini, Naut, Kayfun. Connection is solid, straight and toppers seat down on the 510, not the top surface of the 100w. There is a very, very slight gap between the topper and the top surface of the 100w.
Battery Life: For background, I chain vape a single wound Kanthal 1.4 at 12-14w. 25Rs last about 15ml or two days while HE4s will get 20ml and half way into the third day. To be fair, the 25Rs are over a year old and have been cycled 100s of times. The HE4s are pretty much on their maiden voyage. I would suggest starting with new batteries and pairing them for life.
Vape Experience: All is well. No rattle snakes, misfires, or surging. I've seen no appreciable difference in vape quality from a full charge down to the flashing low battery indicator. Regulation must be pretty good and is probably RMS tuned. BTW, the flashing low battery indicator triggers at around 3.4V, so you won't be killing your batteries with the 100w.
Overall: Assuming I can get another 5 months before things start to go south, I'll chock this one up as the best $30 vape dollars spent in the last 3 years. I haven't been swept away with low ohm hyper power or TC and probably won't be. 100w is gross overkill for my vaping style. What I was after was external batteries with reasonable battery life and reliable performance. Thus far, mission accomplished.

I bought mine yesterday, so far it's cool, i really don't need more than 20W, the reason why i got it is to have the device which don't need fresh battery everyday. I'm on 5-6 ml of eliquid daily and hopefully it will last near 3 days without changing batteries. I have two pairs of 25R's.
Also i think that I'll never use usb charging option, I'll just stick to good old Nitecore. See ya in a month [emoji2] [emoji2] [emoji2]

I opened up a Black one the other day and out of the box works, but has a rattle inside. It's like something is loose and is going up and down on a track when I tilt it up. So not like a screw bouncing around more like a penny on rails going the length of the mod. I have 2 that has the mystery noise inside and 2 that don't.

Not much on the web on it, just one other person who mentions it and eleaf acknowledges it with no resolve. Ehhh 30 bucks so can't complain too much.

None of my allen wrenches fit the screw so if anyone can chime in what size it is I am dying to open if and figure it out.

I've had mine for two-three weeks now. I really like it, except that it's a bad mod to use while sewing. Every time I set it down on my work table, it picks up any nearby straight pins. If I'm not paying attention when I pick it up, it's like grabbing a hedgehog.

Yeah I'm in love with mine. I've also got big hands so the form factor is pretty ideal for me. The rattly buttons don't bother me. I've also got the sliding shim sound now and again. I'm usually vaping anywhere from 35-65 watts with it using HE4s, at the higher end it's in a half-day rotation with my MVP3 Pro, at the low end it lasts a day on its own.

An unquestionably fantastic purchase for $30, I'm super glad I decided to do it. The only thing I miss coming from a slightly more expensive first purchase (the MVP) is the ability to see the actual voltage numbers for my battery charge.
