If you're not making yourself nic sick, you're good to go. If you want to cut down the amount you're vaping, you can always up your nicotine strength so you can vape less.

I think the only dangerous aspect is the cost to the "premium" juice you're using! :D Might be worth checking out online ejuice places for better prices, such as juice mafia, vapewild, mt baker vapor, or any of dozens of others so you're not spending as much, that premium juice cost builds up quickly! There's also a DIY section here on making your own juice if you might be interested in that.

So yesterday i decided to buy my first vape, bought the istick 100w box mod and the uwell crown tank, got some Eco-Vape juice and some Cosmic Fog too.

Ive not put my vape down since i got it and i was wondering if thats dangerous? Im vaping 6mg juices btw and ive used just over half of a 15ml bottle.

That's great that you started on a istick and didn't go through the money-sucking cigalike routine so many of us started with.

And congrats on vaping instead of smoking - it is a wise decision.

Eco-Vape? UK?
Which range are you trying, the regular stuff or the premium premium?

Anyway... try not to worry about vaping a lot. I have to admit to not really advising subohm users. We all quit on 18mg/24mg stuff.

:)

Yeah Eco Vape UK, got a 30ml of Milf's Milk (really nice btw would recommend) also got "The Shocker" which aint too bad either. And not to sound like a total noob haha what do you mean by regular/premium?

Cowtown, USA. Where the West begins.
Had a headache yesterday but other than that i feel great, trying to stop smoking and so far no cravings at all, ive heard vaping can make some people dehydrated so ive been drinking loads of juice as well.
Well done. And add water to the mix as well as juice. It really is dehydrating, and it's everybody, not some people, who get it.

Eco Vape do basic (regular) liquid, some more expensive (premium) and then some which is just silly money. Premium usually means absolutely nothing at all... it's just a word used by many nasty big brand companies for overcharging you.
I can name 20+ UK e-liquid companies that sell e-liquid they call "premium liquid" that is no better then even the cheapest, most nasty junk from Poundland.
Actually I can name more than 4 that sell "UK-made Premium liquid" which is made from Chinese ingredients.
In your case, price will probably be a fair indicator (of quality) at a shop like Eco because they actually want to sell good products.
Shocker is good.... better in a dripper than a Nautilus (as I found out yesterday..)

Keep doing what you're doing (if you can afford it) there are too many bad liquid companies out there. Most of them are the ones Google sends you too.

No... I agree. Good but probably not worth another go.
Just avoid the crud... (you did say you were new?)... if it's got a big brand name (e-cig brand, not e-liquid brand), it won't be good.
The small liquid companies run by vapers for vapers make so much better liquid.
Still.... you are off to a great start. None of this Apollo, Vapouriz, Cirro, Vivid or Blu junk. Well done!! :thumb:

My local vape shops has some good brands tbh, stuff like Mr Beard Man, Eco Vape, Cosmic Fog and Lost Fog plus some mixes they make themselves, okay-ish prices too but ive found a decent site called vapeclub, liquids are really cheap on there so im gonna give that a bash, feels good to be finally off the cigs.

VapeClub are the Kings of imported liquid.
The comment about "specialist in subscription e-cigs" is a bit scary, but never mind. The hardware is a bit pricey (on some items), so watch out for that. Definitely not in the UKecigstore catagory for over-pricing though... phew, relax.....
They have some dreary brands in amongst the good stuff. Vampire, Vaporlites, WizMix... meh...
I'll let Vampire off (not bad in 'small' e-cigs) but the other two are dreadful.

I'll keep that in mind! Was thinking of getting "Church" by Cosmic Fog next!

I had a bad time with that. It seemed to burn quickly using 'old' Kanger OCC coils.
I might try it later on a RDA (Dripper) and see what it should taste like. I lot of people love it. Interesting flavour, pretty nice regardless. :)
