hi everyone, 1st of all i hope not to make to many mistakes, english is not my 1st language and i'm still working on it.

I have an istick 30w that work perfectly for about one month and a half but after that the display start to show me that the battery is empty and after i was pluging the charger was showing that is fully charged but i could not use it. I did a little research and i change the original battery with Panasonic NCR18650B 3400 mAh and now i can use the stick with no problems but it still show me that the battery is empty and if i plug the charger it show that the battery is full. Do u guys think that can be a software problem or something else?

You either have a defective connection in the iStick for the micro USB connector, or you have a bad charger so the iStick is not charging. With the iStick off, the display should show a large battery icon that has flashing bars to show how much your battery is being charged. If this is not showing on the display, then that means it is not charging.

You might be right, it is not showing that charging icon, I tried different USB cables, I tried plug into the wall and on my laptop... Unfortunately I don't think that is possible to change the micro USB connector

Then it sounds like the circuit board inside is defective. You did say that you took it apart and replaced the battery that was inside it? Unfortunately, that most likely meant that any warranty on the device is now void. They could easily make the argument that you damaged it when you took it apart.

yes i know that, it is out of warranty anyway, that's why i took it apart by myself, probably i will order a new one, until than i have an aspire sub ohm battery that i can use.
