I was letting one of my friends use my istick 30w with an aspire ET-S tank and she was having problems turning it on and when i looked at it the charge indicator flashes like its charging but its not connected to anything so i cant get it out of that state. Has anyone heard anything about these units having issues? Any advise?

Hello @Boom344,

I've bought a couple of 30W iSticks - one is brilliant, but the other, after only a few uses, got stuck in fire mode, so it's on it's way back to where I bought it from.

I think there are some issues with the on/off/fire button.

I have a couple of isticks and no problems. Me and thousands of others buy them so they must be doing something right. Like cars, there is always going to be a few lemons out there. Not bad for an inexpensive Chinese product.
Any advise
Might watch a You tube and see how to take apart/trouble shoot baring no return option.

I had 4 and gave one away and have never had problems with any of my Istick 30 and 40W. I would take the tank off and connect or to the wall charger (cautiously) and see if it will charge and reset. Sounds like a failure that will require replacing though.
