istick 50w problems

It sounds like I took a nice fall and a wire has become unsoldered. It may have disconnected a battery inside and won't allow it to turn on thinking its dead. When plugged in it gets the full power to the chipset and can be used. This is just a guess as I haven't heard this yet on my forum were all the sub ohm vapers have the istick 50 watt now.

Your going to make it hard for vapers to help and keep all the replies organized. Multiple threads of the same nature only confuse members tryin to help.
Contact the vendor you bought it from explain the situation and ask for an exchange.

It only Has to be plugged in for a second then it will Turn on then I can unplug it and vape it again.

My second iStick 50W died this morning. In mid June my first one died and the vendor swapped it out over the counter under warranty. This morning I was vaping with my morning coffee and the second one went to black screen, never to return.
I paid $59 for my iStick 50W just to have a local source for warranty exchange. Today, I will see if the exchange can be exchanged outside the original 90 day period. It's now been 120 days since the first purchase and the replacement only lasted 30 days. I'm getting weary of shoddy design and manufacturing. My plain Jane Provari V2 has never failed me and even the old scratched up iStick 30W still works when I need it.

ok , ITS easy to fix , your 50w its just fine , its only a short and the battery safty is on . OPEN your device there is 2 red wires from the battery and connected to the chip , disconnect one one the battery and weld it back , pot your device on the charger and it will be back on , leave it for 5 hours to fully charge.
