There has been a few reports of this I have an istick 50w and it happened to me, I think it was a short in the coil of my tank that caused it. If you plug it in to your USB charger and turn the charger on then it should turn back on.
Maybe a 'shorted' circuit? E-juice sometimes leaks into internals. Maybe an impedance mismatch. Ohms of coil changed on you or shorted out? Does it have a fried electric smell?
I've also had this happen a couple times, As others have said above plugging it into a USB power source will reactivate it, i assume its a short protection.
