Ok, so I ordered the Istick 50w. I ended up getting it for 44 bucks, but i also needed a tank for it and wanted to keep it under 60 bucks with tax and shipping, so I ended up getting a cheaper tank. The CS Air Tank.
I didnt notice when i ordered it that the CS Air Tank is actually rated for only 20w max. Same with the GS Air that Ive seen around.
My question is if anyone has used either the CS, GS Air tanks with the Istick 50 and how it works with it, and if not, any other tank rated around that 20w range.
Does it still produce decent vapor? Will using it at the full 20w kill the atomizer/coil/whatever its called...lol...in no time at all? Should I be using it at a reduced wattage to make it last?
Idk....this is my first variable voltage device...heck my first thing outside of a basic pen style e-cig kit...lol

Thanks all.

It looks exactly like a GS Air. Maybe a clone or just rebranded.

I own 2 GS Airs and they produce very good flavorful vapor on an iStick 20w. I usually run them at 9-10 watts.

If you want more vapor, a Kanger Sub Tank or similar that have low or sub ohm coils and better airflow.

hi Shadownian. I have 2 of the iStick 50W and I think you'l really enjoy it. Don't get caught up in the false masculinity of pushing ohms to vape. There are a very large majority who never go over 20 w in vaping. If you decide down the road you want to grow into the higher wattage vape the iStick will handle it. I don't know what ohm the tank uses but most people find a comfort zone within each tanks recommended area. Walk before you run, looks like you have a great start. Good luck.

I don't have any experience with the CS Air tank.

My experience with stock coils (and their manufacturers rating) is that this is just a guideline. A lot will depend on the PG/VG ratio of the juice you use. If you are using higher VG juice the tank will not be able to wick the coil as fast and could result in "dry hits" when trying to run at the max rating.

With any new tank, when you first start out, make sure to prime the coil well. Take a few unpowered puffs (at low wattage) and slowly dial it up until you find a wattage that works well for you.

I've got that tank and it's just a rebranded GS Air. I never go above 10watts on it and it works fine for me. One thing I will say is don't forget to get some spare heads when you order - there's nothing worse than not being able to vape because your head's worn out and you have to wait for an order to come in.

That another thing I didnt do. Maybe ill get lucky and whatever I get with the tank will last me long enough to where the Lemo 2 tank comes down in price. Around another 50 bucks for the tank?!?! No way, i dont have that kind of money to blow right now....
