iStick problem

I recently bought a product on myvaporstore. Its the istick 40w TC, I also bought a kanger protank II with it. The istick came with a O ring in it. But when I decided to take a hit it said "No atomizer" on the little screen even when that tank was connected. Does anyone know how to fix this? I ordered a spare kanger protank II so if I must I will use that.

I had a 40tc. When I got that error it was always a problem with the coil.

Try replacing the coil.

Gotba question your pro tank. Does it have a 510 pin or does it have ego threads and you have to use it with an adapter. Sometimes the problem is the adapter.

That's odd... I've got 3 isticks, not one came with an oring...

None of mine did either.

What I think happened.

There are some attys that have an O ring around the 510. I think when the device was tested for quality control the little O ring fell out and they didn't catch it.

I just reread your post. You say you bought it from myvaporstore. If it was new, it shouldn't have that o-ring in there.

I suspect the extra "o ring" is the problem. Never had to use one. istick contact is spring loaded, usually connects fine with PT2s
