I have a first-gen istick (20W) and have noticed the wattage dropping unpredictably. I normally have it parked around 13 W for the nautilus and 15 W for the RDAs (usually a single-coil build on an old SMOKTech rig... seriously, it looks like hell but vapes like heaven!). At some point, I notice the vapor isn't as warm or plentiful and I look at the screen to see it down to like 7.5 W. Thought maybe I was hitting the up/down arrows with my palm, but I've made sure to stay far away from those and still getting the problem. The thumbscrews on the SMOKTech rig are a little UNscrewy, so occasionally the connection drops out and they need to be retightened. Thought maybe that was tripping a logic circuit or something in the iStick, but now I'm seeing the same unpredictable wattage drop with the nautilus also. I use both of these exact same attys with an iTaste MVP 20W with no problems... super stable wattage, great vapor & flavor. But of course, the iStick's a little sexier than the MVP, and I like using it!

Anybody see an "unexpected" or random wattage drop on their iStick? Any ideas what might be causing it? Not that I expected a long lifetime from the device... for $35, maybe it's just a classic case of caveat emptor...?
