Hmmm...let's see...newer members to ECF,(meaning probably newer vapers...who could use a free kit..and would be great for word of mouth advertising), that haven't been on this forum long enough to reach 1000 posts don't qualify for a free kit,but get a discount that every other member is also qualified for.
