i haven't dealt with any other sites, but it is vapor, in redwood city, is awesome! love those guys. great customer service, always willing to answer stupid newbie questions, went to the brick and mortar store once and tried (and bought) tons of flavors.
unfortunately, their website is still under construction, and seems to be for one of their other locations (and doesn't show all of the stock in the califonia locale), but they're working on it, and are more than willing to take orders, and answer questions over the phone.
also, shipping is super fast - usually ships the same day, in my experience.
