Just seen that the itaste 134 have released a mini version (or to put it another way, a normal sized version)

I have always loved the 134 style but the size has always put me off, the mini is sold as a mod only for £100 in the UK

I currently use an itaste vv v3 and so id need to buy a charger and 2 batteries as the 134 mini holds a 18350 and 18500 battery, all in all im looking at £140 ish ($190)

But man it looks cool

what do you guys think

I just received mine in the mail today. I must say, so far I am VERY impressed! Now in all fairness, this is my first mod. I am coming from about a year and a half of using nothing but the normal 510 batteries and crappy atomizers. So I realize my opinion is very limited in scope. I can say that the vapor output is MUCH more than what your simple 510 battery and atomizer puts out, that's for sure! Plus now I can really taste my juice. I thought it had a good flavor before, but wow, what a difference!
As far as size goes, I was pleasantly surprised with the 134 mini. I though it would be a bit bigger than it actually is. I mean, it's large, but not to the point where I wouldn't take it out with me. The unit itself fits nicely in my smaller hands, with only the clearomizer showing above my grip. I'd compare the outer diameter to a normal "C" sized battery. I was expecting something more in line with say a "D" sized battery. So again, I was pleasantly surprised!
Overall I am very happy thus far. I'll follow up with this post in a week or so, once I've had a bit more time to really test this thing out...

As much as I love Innokin, that is a lot of money for what is essentially a limited novelty vape--especially when you can get the telescoping SVD and MVP 2.0 for around $40.

If you really want it, get it. I'm just saying that your $200 can go a hell of a lot further.

I'll have to agree with that, The 134 mini is a bit over priced for what it actually is. For me, I just liked the look of it and wasn't too concerned with the cost. But you are right, I am sure there are other units out there that would work just as well for much cheaper.

It's been just over 3 weeks since I received my itaste 134 mini in the mail. I figured I would wait a bit longer than just a week before giving my thoughts of the unit. Here they are:

I'll start by saying that I am overall happy with the 134 mini thus far. There are some things that I feel could be a bit more refined, but overall I feel that it is a decent product. My only real complaint would be with the power button. The button just feels a bit cheap and not as solid as the rest of the unit. I also find that it is very easy to accidently shut it off. Obviously it's not that hard to turn it back on, but it can be a bit of a PITA at times. Other than the power button, everything else seems to be pretty solid and well built.

I've been using mine with 18500 batteries and get about 12-14 hours of heavy vaping time per charge. The clearomizer that came with the unit works well, but I have used mine almost exclusively with an iclear 30s. I've just found that I like the hit of a top coil better then the bottom ones. Just my own personal preference though.

As for the size of the 134 mini, I knew it was going to be large when I purchased it. With that said, I have found that it's size isn't really much of an issue for me. I can slip it comfortably into my pocket, although it is noticeable, it doesn't get in my way. At first I did get some comments from my friends who like to bust my chops, because of it's size. Or the occasional, "is that a light saber in you pocket" But whatever, I'm not the one who's spending $10 a pack to slowly kill myself, Make fun of it all you want!

Now if I'm being honest with you, and myself, it's probably not worth the $120+ price tag, IMO. But I do realize that it is a new product and it also has that "coolness factor" (at least IMO) to it. I wasn't so much as worried about price as I was to get something that I liked and that worked well. I does work well, even with what I feel is a cheap power button, it has never failed to work, not once!

I guess what it all comes down to is this. If you don't mind paying a little extra for it's uniqueness than yeah, I would recommend going for it. It's a solid unit that works great! If your someone who is on a budget or just wants something that works good, but with out all the bells and whistles, I am sure you can find something much cheaper that will work just as well.

Glad you like your mini. Uniqueness is something I personally would pay extra for, if I were really taken by an item. The 134 is not really something I want to vape on, partly probably because I'm a female with a more highly developed feminine than masculine side (!?) but I do admire it's being different, and have to admit I have given one a 2nd thought, the full size and then the mini when it came out. Saw a kid in my local shop the other day with a full size - first one I've seen anyone using - and I just had to grin and talk to him a little about it. :2cool:

Vape on and enjoy!

i have the full size one. I will be getting a mini soon. they are dropping to around $90 now. I like the simplicity of it. just turn the wheel for more power. all with one hand. Its not the most powerful 12.5 watts max, but most i ever use is 10 watts. its a solid simple mod and my have survive a drop into the toilet.

I got mine from ebay for $105. it came with a 1850 battery and charger. You can probably find it cheaper but I liked knowing I was getting the right battery/charger. This is my first mod but I really like it.
