itaste 134 problem

My batteries are Panasonic 18650 2900mAh NCR18650PD and 18650 2900mAh NCR18650PF lite green

Those are the hybrids and should be OK in a 134.

Unless you have a bad charger or 4 bad batteries - maybe contact where you got the 134 from and find out if they will replace it?
