Only video on the Groove on YouTube thus far is just a 30 second promo here: GloryVapes.com Smoktech Groove Promo - YouTube

There's a thread on the Groove here in a sub-forum, a couple people have received one already:

Other than that, not much info.

Have you considered the Ovale V8? A gripper-type box mod sold by Discount Vapors Segelei V8 Incremental VV Body - Black Rubberized (Only 2 left in stock at this writing) Another sub-forum thread on this here; owners are quite happy with theirs.

I've had one for about two weeks, and I've been impressed. It is very well constructed. It does have a wonky spring in the battery compartment when inserting batteries, but there's a workaround. It's the only thumbs down I have found. For $30 you can't beat this mod. I grabbed the leather pouch/lanyard for just $9, too.

I'm not of fan of PV's that use an internal, propriatary battery like the Groove and MVP. Once the battery dies, the PV is worthless, not unlike an eGo battery. But different strokes for different folks. ;)

Be careful with the MVP. The charging port collapses into the unit with even the slightest misalignment.

I own one an it rocks vapor with battery life (chain vaping) 28-30 hrs plus. But the wimpy charging port is a real liability. If you decide to get one, get it from electronicstixDotcom. The will honor any defect for 14 days with no problem.

If you're really gentle with that port, you should be okay, though.

Hi! I've only had my Groove for about 36 hours & so far I'm very happy with it. I too considered the MVP. This is my first real MOD. I started with the ego & ego twist & decided to go with this after going over several different devices at my local vape shop. Here's my review so far...it's pretty light weight and it fits in my hand easily...I'm female so that was a real concern for me until I held it. I think I'm a pretty heavy vaper for the most part & it was almost fully charged out of the box so I haven't had to charge it yet. The buttons are good...they don't stick and the display is easy to use and understand. It's really easy to switch between watts & volts and the ohm reader seems to be on point so far. Ive put my CE4's, viva novas & cartos on it so far and I'm getting a great vape on all of them. Side-note...I purchased my first carto yesterday as well & I think I'm moving to the carto-tank combo! the flavor is unbelievable on this thing & not muted after use like my novas...ok back to what you wanna know. All & all I think this is a good purchase. I'd definitely recommend it. The only thing I don't like so far is the finish of the device but I'm going to find a wrap or something to go around it. It just tends to show finger prints but that's my only complaint. Hope this helps you out!

I just got the groove and am loving it. It is easy to get through the menu and seein the dark. The LCD screen looks perfect and the build quality is great. I don't know much but my vision ego clearomizer works great on it. I sometimes get the burnt taste but I feel that is my fault that the voltage or watts was set too high. My only other complaint is that the atomizer connection is slightly slanted, so it does not sit straight. The button is easy to press and it fits nice in my hand. I love it despite its faults. The battery has not been charged since I opened the box. It is my fav mod by far. Just going to get some more 510atomizers soon. Thanks!!!
