Will you be selling the new itaste pen clip cap as the site that you have is the older version which is shorter and doesn't fit when I have my itaste vv3.0(510 threading) with my iclear 10s

Why is that so?
The new pen clip cap is longer and fit even old itaste vv with the magnetic connection
You carry itaste vv 3.0(510 threading) and iclear 10s but not carry the cap?
Pls consider carrying it, someone might lost the cap and wish to purchase the cap only instead of purchasing the whole itaste vv3.0 iclear 10s kit

U dont want it, the 10s cleRos dont fit! Im outraged about the money i spent dor a cap and the only clearos that you can use with the cap dont work

Sry to hear yours not working properly.
I have already purchase 2 itaste vv/vw 3.0 iclear 10s kits from Healthcabin which work perfectly and I like it very much. Maybe the vendor send you the wrong version with the magnetic connection? Check with your vendor to have it exchange. If you purchase from Healthcabin, just send a ticket to their help desk and have it exchange.
Healthcabin service is top notch

yeah this is my second kit they sent me, it came with the 10s clearos in the kit, i don't get it. a lot of money and nothing threads into the battery.

Im pretty sure u got the one with the magnetic connection which the hole is bigger and can't thread any 510 threading cartos or clearos.
That is an older version where u need a magenetic adapter for 510 threaded cartos or clearos.
I seen some ppl with these issue in YouTube
Correct me if I'm wrong.
The itaste vv 3.0 ( 510 threading) fit the iclear 10s perfectly and even my mini vivi nova.
But I will need a 510 to ego adapter for any ego threaded clearos.
Check with ur vendor and I hope u get ur problem fix asap.
