My SVD was working great, I received it about a week or so ago. I charged the battery Monday night, put it back in, and kept the device turned off. I did not use the device yesterday, Tuesday, but I tried using it this morning and it is having a problem. I put my iClear 30 on it and pressed the "-" button do double check my wattage, the screen said "LOC" and then 7.0P, it said the same thing when I hit the "+" button and it won't let me move the wattage up or down. I also tried my Protank on it and received the same results. I turned the device off and then back on, got the same thing. I put in a different battery and still received the same notice and cannot change the wattage, it also does this when I switch it to volts. I tried both tanks on my Vamo with no issues at all and they both work great on that device. Is there something that I am doing wrong, or something that I should be doing? The problem is not with the tanks, I'm just hoping my device isn't defective and that there's something I can do to correct the problem. Thank you for any help that you can give!!! :)

Your device in in "lock" mode. It's a safety feature built in to the production model. Press the + and - button at the same time until your wattage shows up in the window (about 4 or 5 sec.) and then you should be able to change your wattage.
