I tried searching the forums, but could not find an answer to this. I've had my itaste for about 3 weeks now, and all of a sudden it stopped working. It lights up green, but the screen reads "non" Has anyone else experienced this? I thought it was maybe because i spilled a little juiced on the mod, but it's completely dry.

I'm hoping the vendor offers some kind of warranty.

NON means that the battery is not making contact with the atomizer.

This can mean that the center post of the battery is depressed in. You can take a small jeweller's screwdriver and lift this post a little bit. There's numerous videos on youtube that explain how to "carefully" do this.

I had an Evod tank that had a similar problem with the Itaste. No Kanger head I put in it would contact the battery. I simply pulled the post on the base of the atty and fixed the issue.

What type of Clearomizer or tank are you using with it.

This is the pin raising process illustrated on an EGO battery (likely your issue) the process is basically the same, you need to find an appropriate tool and (as mentioned above) gently work around the contact until you have slightly raised it up, then your unit should fire.

*EDIT* too slow...
