A 2.0 ohm coil using 6 volts does indeed fire that coil at 18 watts.

Any two known factors can be used to find a third factor using an Ohm's Law calculator or the Ohm's Law triangle.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm finally understanding the basic science behind it. But I think the VTR has a device limit of 15w so I wouldn't get the full 18
