My V3 suffered some damage to the housing. I am currently checking out the internals. Here are some pics. I have not decided on the final design for this mod yet. Any suggestions would be meet with an open mind.:) 20140504_080555[1].jpg20140504_082759[1].jpg20140504_095228[1].jpg

Didn't have damage just wanted more runtime.
Took apart and took out the little battery.
Epoxied the two end electronic components as close as I could to each other to a small piece of plastic inline with each other.
Tried a 900 LiPo connected to existing battery wires. Worked OK but I wanted more.
Heatshrinked a CGR18650 and connected the existing battery wires. Very strong now and lasts about a day.
Epoxied the battery to the back side of the electronics so it's only about 3" long. Battery one side electronics the other side.
Using a nautilus had to be careful of clearance not letting the battery get too close to electronics. Used the heatshrink so I could cut it off later to change the battery. Epoxied the heck out of the component side for insulation and strength.

Heavier than original vv but stronger and lasts longer. Charges fine and works with original components

Poor man's Provari
