hi guys im new to this forum , i have been on e cigg for almost 2 years, it had helped me greatly such as the absence of chest pains. recently i tried to bring in a mod, instead of receiving the mod , i got a letter from hsa . telling me the consequences of importing e-ciggs...it was just a warning .

what i want to know is if i try the 2nd time and the same thing happen ,i heard from my close friends if they want to fine you first you have to take possession of the items. so im thinking can i just deny that the package was mine and escape from the fine? because i intend to try again...

your help will be very much appreciated guys..
sorry if i post at the wrong section.

bro, dun take the risk and challenge the authority for something which you need not take so much risk. package are labeled with your name and address, how to deny it? sent by santa claus which you did not order? And the last thing you want is the authority knocking on your house door and you will have all of what you have now in their "collection". Dun challenge , you will not win unless you quit once and for all....my penny of thought. No point saving a bit and lose more in the end. Hope you get all the hints in my message

The relevant party is taking easy way meaning they would rather monitor traceable goods passing thru custom than asking manpower at custom to check properly.

So it is at your own risk as you have read i think another vaper have his seize my singpost and sent to HiSham. So you will probably be throwing money down the drain.

It's crazy to confiscate wire. So many other applications. Might as well confiscate batteries also.

That would be next on their list. Maybe they'll ban the high powered torchlights also, so there won't be any batteries in the market.

lol they cant be bother unless u share with them how to gain more taxes from it.

a healthy alternative all this upfront bull.... is to buy them more % of paper vote from anti smoker and pro govt propaganda supporters.

Next is how much revenue can it generate to fill the vault.

As for caring of the citizen it all surface work bull crap.

The flashlights use a different version of the 18650 battery.
The mods use a batt with a flat positive terminal while the flashlights use the bats with a protruding cap/nipple on the positive end.

So far I've tried them in an Asmodus Minikin and a Geekvape 521 Tab. Neither fit.
Similarly I've tried the buttonless 18650 in a few of my tactical lights, despite the sprung tailcaps, and they didn't work.

if i remember right, the aw imr which we all used a few years back were button tops.
i'm sure i've used button tops before.
all the popular batteries nowadays seem to be flat topped so maybe the mods made now don't accept buttons i guess?

That's most likely the case. It's a little annoying because I now need to maintain and cycle 2 separate sets of batts.

Button tops aren't available from the factories. Normally someone has to buy the stock batteries and then mod them to add the nipple in. So, they're more expensive. Their real purpose is polarity protection and most regulated mods have that built in to the chip today. So it's an extra cost option that really doesn't add value.
