Ithaka (Clone) Air leak - need Ideas

Well, I made the mistake of ordering Pot Luck from fasttech.
Ithaka Clone - Polished - Yep, it is undoubtedly a Tobeco Piece and their Machining /QC both are hit and miss.
Many have had good reviews but some have had strange issues or just plain misfit parts.

Okay mine:
Keep having issues that it will Vape normal with Mouthpiece fully tightened - (Auto feed closed)
With top cap off and mouthpiece turned 1/2 turn loose - mouthpiece has SEVERE WOBBLE - Okay poor thread match
Several thread match issues, but all workable for now.

Problem:
Mouthpiece itself has an air leak. I can plug either end and draw a constant(though tight) Breath through the assembly.
One end capped should result in a locked vacuum.
Problem is the leak is small and I can't seem to locate it or think of a decent way to seal it?

I believe this air leak is causing the exaggerated wicking and vaping while closed. Confirmed by replacing the Mouthpiece with the one from my Hercules. Works respectable with Hercules mouthpiece in place. Closed starts getting hot and harsh. Open and it gets flavorful and moist.

ANY thoughts on how to locate the leak and/or how to correct/seal it?

Try submerging it in water. Then blow through various parts or partially assemble it. I'm sure you'll be able to locate the leak.
