Ithaka gurgling/leaking

My Ithaka will start to gurgle and leak a little bit of juice from the center post very quickly. I can figure out the cause. My juice in 100%vg and the juice control is only about 1-2 turns open. Auto feeder on/off doesn't seem to change anything. I can always tap the juice out of the mouth piece but I want to stop it from doing this entirely. I have the same problem with my Hercules(Ithaka clone). I've tried what Bishopheals did with putting an o-ring in the ceramic but it didn't help. Any advise would be appreciated.

When the auto feeder is completely closed, do you just get a little gurgling but no leaks from the 510? If so, i believe its normal. Seems like youve already watched bishops video so you know about it already. I personally have the the "gurgling" like problem also but it never leaks so I know its not flooding it much. Imeo said that the problem is the nut inside the ceramic. Its too big and a drop of juice gets stuck in the middle giving you that "gurgling" like symptoms. I personally havent tried any fix, it seems to not do anything bad with the performance.

BTW, my auto feeder is closed and have not gotten any leaks at all

I still get leaks from the 510 even when it's closed. Normally nothing big. just a little bit of juice when I remove it from my PV. Was there plans on fixing this issue? I'll post this in the GG forum and see if Imeo knows a fix.
