After cancelling my order in on September 12, 2009 and confirming the cancellation with this company I still recieved an order a month later. I have shipped the unathorized order back and have yet to recieve a credit on my card. If you try calling the customer service, DON'T!! You are put into an ENDLESS LOOP and will never talk to anyone. They DO NOT respond to e-mails either. TOTAL SCAMM......BEWARE.

SE never sent me anything since I canceled the trial before they did and a month later they slammed my account for 150!!!
My bank is going after them and giving me back my money meanwhile.

I never received a thing from SE and yet the charge me?

My bank is listing it as fraud.
So far my bank is the hero as they are taking over on this for me and covering the lost funds.

SE cant expect to not send any product and charge you for nothing!!!!
They are a nightmare!!!

If you are ever dealing with a shady company (not sure why you would in the 1st place but..) if you have to cancell or get out of a subscription with them, REPORT YOUR CREDIT CARD STOLEN.

They will send you out a new one real quick, and the old number can no longer, to the minute of when you call it in, be charged by anyone.

Unless you have a good bank or credit card company it can be hard to recover your mony.

I bought a kit from SE at a mall kiosk. They claim to have a 1 year warranty and the first couple times I brought it back, the replaced the atomizer and the battery. It still kept acting up and I brought it back a third time and they just said I need to learn how to use it. After trying for a week to "learn to use it" I went back furious and demanded a refund. It states on the receipt No Refunds but there are no signs and having that information AFTER it's bought and paid for does no good.

They were very rude and refused to replace it or refund my money. I finally decided just to take my lumps and write it off as a lesson learned. For a third of the cost, I got a joye 510 w/2 batteries, 2 atomizers and 5 cartridges and have never looked back.

I admire your grit lankster but if you end up receiving the product with it's no refund policy, you'll end up tossing it aside anyway. And as long as they aren't continuing to charge your card, you may end up paying for an expensive lesson as well.

Fight the good fight but get a 510 in the meantime.

SE scammed me also. Sent them back the defective/inaccurate product. Never heard from them, finally got through. They wanted P/H to send back product. Told them to shove it. I am already out one battery and 2 attys ($40.00), they are not getting another penny from me. PERIOD! They don't have my cc # because I ordered through Amazon and they are NOT GOING TO GET IT for P/H. Too late to return through Amazon.

I canceled my card because of this company.
I also filed a complaint with the BBB and my states consumer protection dept.

My bank also filed a fraud report for me.

Getting money back for a product returned is hard i hope since SE never even sent me anything that its easier to get my money back. They couldn't even justify taking the money since they have no record of ever sending me anything!!! So they dont deny what they did. But I still dont trust they will refund all my money.
So I further filed the other complaints I just mentioned to help myself get my money back.

I have my 99 bucks back!!! They credited my bank account!! Yippy.
And I have the first 9.95 charge back too.
Now all they have left to do is hand over the last charge of 49 something.

Then I need to convince my bank to reimburse the overdraft fees SE caused!! Grrr
I never bounce my account!!

I wont let this slide. I want to be back where I was before this SE place screwed me!!!
Personally I wish that company would get stopped!
At least my issues are being resolved fast. I guess it helps to be a total beotch!:evil:

The BBB has them rated an F and for good reason!

I also got taken by this company. Cancelled my 'free' trial the same day, took two weeks to gey my 10 bux back, then they ship it to me anyway and take out 99.00 from my bank account! Sent it back, talked to them repeatly, they offerd a 40% discount if I would keep it, ha! So I've tracked the package, they got it yesterday. My refund better be ther by Friday or else...
