I placed an order at "the flavor store" on 7/10/12.
The Flavor Store

All orders are shipped within 24 hours - Direct from our warehouse in San Diego, Ca.-So they say!

I have recieved no word that my order has been mailed, only "processing". I got an order conformation email from "Chris Lawrence" at a uk address. I thought the place was in CA!

Has anyone had any experience with this company?

Did I just get ripped off?

Uggh!!!

I called and emailed on Saturday 7/14/12, but got no response.

They may still have a warehouse in the USA, There is an awful lot of content on that site to be a scam site. It would be a lot of work to set it up for the relatively short lifespan a scam site.

The good news is i am sure you paid with a credit card so if worse comes to worse you can reverse the charges.

Give it a couple of days and see what happens.

OMG their unflavored ejuice costs as much as 120 ml of 60mg strength nicotine solution from Wizardlabs - what could make you MONTHS of unflavored ejuice....

Stick to Cappella's, FlavourArt, The Perfumer's Apprentice, and Lorann - in that order for all your vaping flavor needs. Flavourart is the most expensive, TPA is the cheapest, and Lorann uses oils which can be bad for your equipment. Cappella's is in the middle and thus the safest bet.

Ive ordered from them back early last year.... didnt have a problem.

If your looking for flavoring for diy id go to mtbakervaper. Ive used them exclusively for about 6 months and they have great prices on flavorings and ejuice. I believe its about 3 bux for 15ml of flavoring.... fast shipping and you always get a free 15ml bottle of ejuice with every order. Use coupon "bakervid" for 10% off

Doubt you were scammed just a bit mislead perhaps. Sticking with reputable vendors with good customer service is always ideal, I would recommend a couple but there are so many. The last couple orders I made were from Avejuice.com and thepinkspot.com both of which were super quick on shipping (paid to vape in 2-3 days).

So Calif
I use a fair amount of FlavourArt flavorings. While they may be more expensive to purchase they are very highly concentrated, far more so than Capella, TPA or LorAnns and I need to use very little to good effect. For me an added incentive to buy their products is the research they fund about vaping and it's effects on the body and the environment around a vaper.

Second favorite is Capella, their flavorings are very very good even though I need to use a bit more in a mix. TPA I have a fair amount of but when it is gone I will migrate to one of the first two for it. Same with LorAnns, I just am not getting as good results with that as the first two named manufacturers, and I don't like the addition of food coloring in some of the LorAnns.

I'm fairly new to DIY and I followed the advice of others when I bought my first flavorings, now I'm making my own informed decisions about what I like and buy to use.

YMMV
