I've just filled the Nautulis X tank with some eucalyptus mint, so after a bit, I will vape it.

This is the first proper mouth to lung tank with adjustable airflow I am going to use, the Cleito Exo was direct to lung, so I should hopefully be able to see soon if I like MTL or DTL better. I know for sure DTL tanks and coils produce far more vapor. I was having trouble inhaling from the Cleito, but I guess you get used to it over time.

now, I am having trouble getting the tank glass screwed back on securely, it always keeps turning, it should get too tight to turn.

Hard to say what the issue is or even if there really is one. Go to youtube and watch some cleito exo reviews. Might make you more familiar with your tank. In fact, watch reviews on all your gear.

What I have noticed is that DTl tanks seem to go through juice, much, much quicker than MTL tanks.

The 2ml of juice in the nautilus x, lasted much longer than the 2ml in the Cleito Exo.

Probably to do with the larger vapor production, and much higher wattage, and lower resistance.
The resistance is mostly irrelevant, but the more vapor production, which usually means more power, definitely increases juice consumption. Up above 65w or so, I can drain a 10ml bottle in under an hour of chain vaping.
