Yes, you can get them on line. I don't know if it's a matter of being illegal, or just store policy.

I got mine from FSUSA. They have both the blunt 18ga and sharp 20ga.

I use the blunt for refilling. The sharp is not of so much use to me because it is so small, the juice is difficult to pull up into the syringe. And it's dangerous.

Also madvapes has them and either Litecigusa.net or Cignot.com don't remember which one.

I was able to buy some at my local CVS. They did give me a hard time until i show them what i was doing with them. They had no problems selling them to me when they saw it was not for drugs and to keep me from smoking cigs lol. I also think i sold 3 starter kits that day to people waiting in line and one lady that work there. I got a big bag maybe 20 of them for 3bucks..a lot better then what i seen at most vendors online..

I bought a syringe from my Chinese supplier. The juice was way too thick to go through the needle, so it was a waste of money. Also, there is no actual point of using a syringe in my opinion. Just drip liquid into the carto and let it soak it up. Easy.

Right Nicko, thats why I use the 18ga blunts. Anything smaller makes it difficult to load into the syringe.

I use the Genuine Joye cartos with the 2 hard plastic caps that have to be removed before filling. There is no filler material visible, so I have to use the syringe thru the small filler port.

Its a PITA, but I like them better than the Boge style cartos. I think I am in the minority tho.

Dont be ridiculous - what if you have diabetes. There is no law in any place in the world where sryinges are illegal.

Unless its for prohibited drug administration.

That's what I was wondering too. Is it illegal, or just a matter of some store's policy.

Of course if you are diagnosed with diabetes, you will have the prescription from the doc.

I want to try out the syringe method for filling some cartomizes so I went into my local Walgreens and was told the only way to get one is to have a prescription on file. Anyone know if I can get one online?

No way..... Are you sure? I would think it would be illegal to deny syringes (like the diabetic point above). Some places even give them out for free to stop needle sharing and infections.

I'd want to know where that law came from.

A state-by-state breakdown of syringe laws can be found at : Scott Burris's Project

I don't think this cover individual city/county regulations though.

Thanks Cronus. Texas law seems to be sorta contradictive in that there is no specific prescription laws concerning hypodermics, yet it is illegal to sell drug paraphernalia And hypodermics are specifically mentioned as drug paraphernalia.

So, I still don't know if it's legal to buy syringes from a drugstore in this state.

It's the same here in Florida from my reading as well. It's listed under the paraphernalia laws.
Leaving it up to the pharmacist to "make the call", and decide if they "think" you might use it for something illegal.

I'd think most pharmacists, put in that position would tell you "no", rather than get into trouble themselves.
