I need help back three years ago I drank a hole bottle of 1.8, now I feel pain in chest, could the consumption be the reason of the pain?

3 years ago? Did you have any immediate reaction? By 1.8 do you mean 1.8% so 18mg/ml? How many ml is a "whole" bottle? Could you have possibly done anything else in the past three years that might contribute to chest pain? Have you seen a doctor?
