they are super easy to train you just don't get to decide where the litter box is. They will pick a place to go and you have to put the litter box there. Mine will go downstairs to use it, no accidents ever.

With all due respect, if that was the case with my cat, I wouldn't have a cat.

they do that because they are prey animals and they cant go close to there home because it will leave a sent that predators will follow. If you get a boy bunny you have to get it fixed because they will spray to mark territory, if you have other animals.
