We got my friend's mom into vaping. She's using a Coolfire 4 with a Subtank Mini. She hasn't had a cigarette since. I mixed up a Monster Melons clone at 0 nic and she loves it. Of course we didn't tell her that it was 0 nic so she thinks there is nicotine in it.

It was a little tricky for me at first. Getting the wicking right. But I was determined and glad I was too!

Been using 4mg for several years and can't seem to get below that.

I was using 12 to 15 mg on my EVODs with Protanks, and then some nice person piffed me a really nice mod with an iSub G tank, and when I finally got brave enough to play around with it, WOW, I had to lower my nic level way down. Now I've learned how to re-wick with rayon, and the most I can do is 4mg during the day when I'm busy and can handle the nic rush. About 3:00 pm or so, I have to switch to zero nic or I can't sleep later. I seem to need about 5 or 6 hours of no nic at all in order to "come back down" enough to sleep. So I have this routine - 4 mg all day and then zero from afternoon on, and that seems to suit me well. I've decided I don't like the "bite" of the higher nic in the smaller tanks now, though. I guess I'll have to use lower nic in them as well, and just use them off and on during the day, but not DEPEND on them. I'm still not over my nic addiction, and maybe never will be, but that's OK, at least I'm not breathing in smoke anymore.
