So forgive stupid question but with wick I can't see how the coils are inserted into the posts. Do they alternate top and bottom on each side?

Coil leg goes in the top of one post and the bottom on the other post.

So I get force transferred to a new location an hour and 10 minutes from home to a site that runs with 2 other technicians on staff each day. Learning the layout of the place and on my second day here they inform me that the ENTIRE tech staff is on vacation this week and I am running the show by myself for a week. 12 hour days plus over an hour each way with me being the only tech on site in a new place with a completely different layout and format. I need a new job......

Look, I will say this: 1.) Do not put bans on anything that may be someone's preference. If it is not your preference then do not buy it, suggest banning it, or mention anything at all. 2.) Once you ban something in the tobacco line then you need to ban the whole tobacco line. You are curbing someone's creativity in my opinion. 3.) Flavored alcohol not being adult. Just because your taste buds do not understand what a craft brew is and you drink watered down beer, keep that to yourself. Again you ban that, you are banning someone's creativity. You do not like it, do not buy it. Do not insult someone who does like it by calling them a non adult. That is ignorance at a very high level. 4.) Grow the heck up and look at what you are talking about. All of this is ingenuity by a person who was tired of the norm and thought outside the box would got to waste. 5.) Raising the taxes is not the answer. So now you are taking more money out of someones paycheck. Cutting someones job, because the product is not selling as well because of higher taxes and cost to get the product. You all do not see the bigger picture of raising the cost of something.

I am for creativity and the process to keep that creativity alive and at as low a cost as possible. Everyone get off of your high horses about rules here and have fun with the process of trying to win something. If you are not a moderator of the site then keep quiet. The moderators know what they are doing. Moderate yourselves and things will go just fine. Again the reason we are here is to come together as a community and not to bash people. (I know practice what I preach.) I just could not let that one go. We all have opinions about everything and those opinions are different. That is what makes this community great!

DIY is a huge savings, and you get to really know what's in the eliquid you vape. It isn't for everyone, but if you have any interest it isn't that hard to pick up.

I'll probably try rebuilding,though more for kicks than cost.

I am starting to rebuild also, more to be ready for a possible vap

I sure don't disagree with you, just that I've been using regulated mods for ages, so I vary the voltage/power/... to get a particular head to do what I want.

I'll likely do it for the quality control aspect, consistency, similar to eliquids. Mass-produced items run into variations.

yup.I hear ya.You're more in control of everything when you build.different juices just taste better at different watts/volts depending how you're running your equipment
