What are Clr heads ..I think I should know but I don't remember if I did know....does that make any
sense?
The heads used in the eGo ONE line of atomizer are called CL heads. There are CL .5 and CL 1.0 in kanthal, CL-Ti titanium heads, CL-Ni nickel heads, and CLR rebuildable heads. The CLR heads feature a screw on/off top and adjustable
juice collar at the bottom. To build them, remove the top, the bottom pin and insulator. Then remove the old coil. Wrap a new coil on a 2 - 2.4 mm mandrel. This is the size of the
juice channel in the head and you can keep the coil on the mandrel while securing the coil in the head. Drop the coil's legs out the bottom and slide the insulator over one leg. Slide the center pin into the insulator. Bend both legs and trim them. Remove mandrel and put in wick. Screw the cap back on and trim the wick. Adjust the juice flow collar if needed (I never do), and, voila, new coil. I can build these in under 3 minutes.
