What is the PG/VG ratio of your juice? I haven't run into any leaking problems at all. Some people say that when you go to fill the tank, you need to close off the AFC to prevent leaks. The only coils I've used with the TFV4 is the Ni Air coils.
I would rather guess its the wicking ... all my tanks overflowed because of to much or to little cotton

Replace the o-rings. Most leaks occur because of the o-rings.

I know you stated that you checked them, but try replacing them.
I did on mine but realized later on that it is coming out through the AFC hole. Tightened the coils and checked their o rings etc etc bla bla..... even with so many different stock coils and both single/dual RBA, the STM is definitely a leaky tank one way or another.

Ooops, this post refer to the STM, not TFV4, sorry folks.....

Right!!?? And so what if they were unemployed people you can't assume the worst of a person they could have a good reason, not that it would be any of our business'. It grinds my gears when people think themselves better then someone else. I dont see any of us as different I dont care who you is, where you came from or where your going we all go the same places in the end.

Well said!

Damn. I haven't used the tfq4 or the ti yet. Sorry I can't be more help. :(

Weird. Which subtank? I started subohm on the subtank mini. Still my back-up tank.
It's the Kanger Subtank Mini. I haven't used it in quite a while, but what I remember is the juice leaking out from the bottom gasket. I tend to vape high-vg juices, so it shouldn't be a problem with the thinness of the juice. At the time, people were saying the problem was with crushing the gasket by overtightening the tank and I tried all different levels of pressure and it still just poured. Maybe I should replace the gasket and try again.

The juice pours out of the air flow holes.

You most likely then have a bad connection in one of two places. The chimney is not properly screwed tightly into the coil, or the coil is not screwed tightly into the base.

Edit: See you checked into all this. You COULD have a faulty/cracked chimney or base?
