JoyTech announced a new device Cuboid. Applies Variable Temperature Control system with firmware V3.0 and 150W output, having Temp-SS316 and customized TCR available now.
It is powered by two replaceable 18650 cells with the new slip-open cover.
Multiple colors, 0.96-inch OLED screen and the new dual-battery bar display make it more practical and attractive catering to your preference.
Upgradeable firmware enables it always up-to-date. Now you can upgrade your Cuboid to 200W via VT Software (c).

Apparently, the company occupied the release and promotion of the new device. About us simply forgotten:(:(
Gonna be honest, I don't like the look :X almost looks like they made a 200w device almost the same size as the mini though which is pretty cool.

@low_tar_neil any chance we can get an update on tracking for these seems there are a number of us still waiting

That would be a wonderful, at least you would know if they were sent and where they are in the system. It has been 3 weeks since the first members reported receiving there prizes.

I think it would at least help to know what shipping method/service the package was sent through. The slowest options usually get here in 15-20 days. Its been over a month now.

I don't think they shipped right away... even for the US winners there was a short wait before they started showing up. Also, US was shipped USPS, so they may have used a similar method for overseas. It all depends on ship date, carrier, customs and how busy the carrier is... that's a lot of variables.

However, I do agree, tracking numbers would put everyone at ease to at least know it's on the way.

Plus with the holidays I'm sure it's just been chaotic with all the shipping companies.

Mine most probably shipped from China. That's what I'm basing my shipping time on. I was one of the winners on the comp thread and filled out the form on 11/19. Based on what Neil said, he provided the details for the thread winners to Joyetech first. So it has been over a month.

I get it. I won on the thread as well. My point was I don't think they shipped them as soon as they got the info. I think they waited a week or two before the first batch of thread winners ever went out. So although the contest ended a month ago, I don't think they started shipping until a couple weeks ago and I think they're shipping in batches. I didn't receive mine until a couple weeks later and California to Maryland only takes 3-5 days.

And as far as I've seen info wise, they're shipping from California, US, not China. Perhaps that may change your time estimate?

Not trying to slam you, just saying the details aren't really clear, so we just don't know. Be patient and it'll get there eventually. Most of the Kooper and some of Cloupor winners are still waiting at last check and those contests ended a long while ago.

Think of it like old school mail order or tv shopping. 5-7 business days processing and 4-6 weeks for delivery.

LOL! It should come eventually, Joyetech is a horrible company when it comes to contests.... I won a cyber monday contest on their facebook and it hasn't be sent yet, they said it will be sent around january and should arrive about a week or two before chinese new year.......

They just do it for likes on FB etc, problem is is that they are taking so long with shipping that people are getting disgruntled and they are getting negative feedback.....

Why not just ship out in a timely manner and instead of getting negative and positive feedback only get positive lols...

We're talking about a company worth millions here not some vape shop with 3 employees..

No offence taken. I'm not impatient, I'd just like to have some info to have a reasonable expectation of when it might get here. I'm also waiting on the Koopor. But they at least posted on their website on how and from where the prizes would be shipped.
